Position: Temp to hire-Attorney
Exceptional opportunity for junior attorney to assist general counsel with securities filings, including proxy statements, 10-ks, 8-ks, Qs, and Form 4s. Additional responsibilities include reviewing non-disclosure agreements as well as other contracts. This position presents an opportunity for an attorney with only some corporate governance or securities experience to expand their experience.
J.D. from accredited law school; member in good standing of a bar of the U.S.;
One plus year of corporate governance / securities experience; and
Candidate must be a self-starter with excellent communication and analytical skills and able to work independently on multiple tasks.
